What is the return policy?

Every return enquiry is personally reviewed and handled by a member of our Customer Service Team. We understand that every situation is different, so rather than relying on an automated process, a member of our team will personally review your enquiry and assist you.

Are any purchases final sale?

Unopened and sealed products may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their seal broken.

Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unopened and remains in its original sealed condition.
When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service and destination:

  • UK deliveries: approximately 3–5 business days
  • International deliveries: approximately 5–8 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors may cause additional delays.

While we always work with reliable courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been dispatched, as delays occurring during transit or customs clearance are outside of our control.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handmade with intention and carefully crafted by our team in the UK.

Some of our ingredients are sourced directly from their countries of origin to honour their natural heritage and traditional sourcing. For example, our Shilajit and Ghee are sourced directly from their respective regions of origin.

All of our products are stored, labelled, and shipped from our UK base, ensuring every order is carefully handled and prepared before making its way to you
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, not the items in your order. Our shipping rates are divided into zones and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We offer flat-rate shipping for orders up to 10kg, depending on the destination.

You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.
